Product shall be manufactured in accordance with good manufacturing practices.   PRODUCT DESCRIPTION Paprika Pods is the sweet or very mildly pungent. Dried fruit of varieties of Capsicum Annum L..   STANDARDS 1. Physical Properties   Colour: Red Flavour and Odour : Fragrant, strong flavour. Size : 11 cm minimum    2. Chemical Properties Moisture : 12 % max   3. Microbiological Standards   Standard Plate Count : 1, 500,000/g max   Yeast and Mold : 1000/g max    Coliform : 100/g max   E. Coli : Negative   Salmonella : Negative   PACKAGING AND STORAGE The product shall be packaged in boxes, which will be labelled with product name, name and address of the purchaser and the kosher symbol.   Storage shall be under normal warehouse conditions off the floor and away from outer walls.   SHELF LIFE Estimated at 6 months.
